Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it at your own expense. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges if the item has not been opened from its original packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge unless they have been packed and handed over to the courier.
  • After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the item at your own cost to receive a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item in the agreed condition, we will process the refund via the original payment method.

  • Refunds should be received within 5-7 working days after processing, depending on your payment provider.
